The intermediate yoga series will include six weeks focusing on Back Bends, Arm Balances and Inversions.
Each class will include Meditation, Pranayama and a Vinyasa flow sequence designed to lay the foundations to more challenging and progressive postures. Tamara will guide you through a sequence to build heat and connection of the breath, along with demonstrating the peak postures to provide you with the teachings and awareness of alignment and energetic principles to take the next step in your practice.
You will be encouraged to step into the challenge of each posture and explore your potential, whilst honouring any limitations in your practice. Towards the end of the class you will be guided through restorative, grounding postures to leave you feeling cantered and balanced.
