Inviting you to take a deep journey within during this 90 minute practise that includes, Meditation, Pranayama and Yin postures, that are supported with props.

Based on the ancient Daoist teachings, Yin Yoga, is a true calling to connection of the mind, body and breath. By finding stillness in the body muscles and tissues soften and release, leaving the body feeling supple, mobile and free from tension.

There is a focus on remaining still in the physical body and tapping into the underlying continuous movement of the energetic body. Expect to leave each class feeling deeply nourished and rested.
