Explore the possibilities of your body with this two hour workshop ran by guest teacher Robbie Baldwin. 

~Learn to engage your intrinsic core muscles so you can practice struggle free.

~Learn to build your strong leg and butt muscles so you can live effortlessly with an open heart.

~Learn to free and release your neck and jaw muscles.  

~Learn to intelligently build shoulder strength and stability.

Robbie loves to combine Eastern wisdom of the energetic body and intuition with Western anatomical science to provide a practice that is accessible to all levels.  Will include lots of yummy hands on assists, pranayama and meditation.
