Prenatal Yoga is a holistic approach to your pregnancy and journey to birth. As you prepare for your role as nurturer, learn how yoga can help relax and nourish your body, mind and spirit allowing you to connect deeply with yourself and your baby. Classes incorporate, asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation / yoga nidra ( mindfulness and relaxation) and the use of mantras and simple chants (sound vibration).
