Yin

nourish and restore

A seated and restorative form of yoga where poses are held for a longer duration. Yin targets the body's connective tissues allowing for deep release and greater flexibility. The practice incorporates mindfulness techniques, and calms the nervous system. Yin Yoga gives us an opportunity to find stillness with the underlying movement of the breath.
