Vinyasa Flow

With creative sequences that are different each time we arrive on our mats, Vinyasa Flow is a clearing and heat building practice, providing a deep and moving meditation. Flow classes will invigorate an individual’s senses and empower students to move with fluidity and grace. Class is accessible to all, with variations and modifications given throughout.

Slow Flow

A practice that creates the space to dive deeper into self inquiry and reflection. Every pose and movement is intentional and purposeful, and provides us an opportunity to explore the nuances in the body and mind in a given moment.  We focus as much on the transition between one movement and the next, their relationship with breath and alignment, as we do with the asana. Suitable for those beginning their yoga journey or working with an injury.

Yin Yoga

A slow-paced, seated and restorative form of yoga where poses are held for a longer duration. Yin targets the body's connective tissues allowing for deep release and greater flexibility. The practice incorporates mindfulness techniques and calms the nervous system. Yin Yoga gives us an opportunity to find stillness with the under lying movement of the breath, a perfect practice to find balance in a busy life. A deeply relaxing class suitable for all.  

Yin Flow

Moving into stillness - the first third of the practice focuses on generating warmth in the body and creating space for the mind to eventually settle into stillness. Moving through a foundational Flow that leads into longer held poses inviting introspection and a deeper awareness of the breath. This is a beautiful class suitable for all levels.

Mum's & Bubs 

Your body, mind, emotions and spirit have undergone tremendous challenges and changes while birthing your baby and becoming a new mum. These classes are a great opportunity to introduce your baby to yoga, promote mother and baby bonding, and share time with other new mums. A focus on easing your body back into a practice safely, incorporating mindfulness and breath techniques to calm and soothe the nervous system.
