Learn the skills to become a yoga teacher or simply expand on your knowledge and passion of yoga. This training is designed to guide your body, mind and soul towards an understanding of wholeness and how to extend the practice of yoga beyond the four corners of your mat.

Yoga Teacher Training with Meaningful Connection

Our carefully crafted 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is expertly designed to give you an all-encompassing discovery of this ancient practice. Set in our beautiful sacred space with no more than 10 students, this course provides meaningful connection with experienced teachers and other students sharing the same journey. You will feel held, challenged, supported, and nourished throughout a series of 4-day blocks, spaced a month apart so you can integrate the teachings into your life as you learn and grow.

The vast majority of your Yoga Teacher Training days will be in person at our studio in stunning Milton on the NSW South Coast, providing a space and experience to truly dive deep and create an environment of shared learning with other students.

Our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is deeply personal and meaningful for this reason, a means of building connection with self and others, giving knowledge of wisdom that you can readily take with you to share with your loved ones & community.

This is not a ‘cookie cutter’ Yoga Teacher Training program designed to be taught to the masses - it is a mindfully crafted, deeply personal exploration and understanding of Yoga Philosophy that is unique and truly transformational.

Whether you have the initial intention of teaching classes or not, each graduate completes our Yoga Teacher Training with certification under the International Yoga Alliance, a qualification acknowledged globally.

Teachers:

Chantal Pierce, founder, owner and principle yoga teacher of Om Sweet Om, is a firm believer in ‘living yoga’, a practice that extends beyond the mat. Chantal believes that the practice of yoga teaches you to go deeper and deeper within until you find your authentic self, once you become aware of this, you begin to live to your full potential. Chantal’s journey with yoga, has taught her that every action is an act of yoga, it’s not simply limited to the asanas we take on our mat. The practice is everywhere and once the student realises this, they can begin to use the teachings of yoga to enhance their lives in the most positive way.

Katie Rose has been teaching yoga and Ayurveda for over 20 years and holds the highest possible accreditation’s with both Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia. Katie’s passion is in yogic philosophy and the seasonal practices of Sadhana – bringing devotion and a sense of the sacred to everyday life, as well as compassion for animals and a deep reverence for nature.

Rachel Nokes brings with her a background of thirteen years of clinical experience as a counselling therapist, therapeutic group work facilitator and trainer, along with eleven years of yoga and Ayurveda teaching experience. Rachel sees herself as the forever student and she has continues to deepen into life as a sacred practice which involves asana, meditation, chanting mantra, kirtan and cooking.

Anna Moon graduated from Southern Cross University with a Bachelor in Clinical Sciences, majoring in Human Structure & Function, and a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine. Although yoga is her first love, Anna has also completed a Comprehensive Rehabilitative Pilates, and post graduate studies in Thomas Myers Anatomy Trains. Anna believes that movement should be used as medicine and applies this philosophy to her work alongside hands on treatment at the Jervis Bay Osteopathic Clinic in Vincentia.
