Jivamukti Yoga is a dynamic vinyasa flow style of yoga that has at it’s core the messages of non-violence, devotion, philosophy, meditation and a love of great music! Suitable for students with a strong understanding of the physical asanas and the pranayama.
This three hour workshop will start with a 2 hour yoga asana practice which will introduce you to Jivamukti Yoga. We will practice beautiful sequences designed to uplift and energise. We will breathe, sweat and listen to soulful yoga tunes together. You will feel alive and energised! After our practice we will conclude with a 1 hour philosophy lecture during which Katie will introduce the different elements of Jivamukti yoga practice. Jivamukti means living liberated which is exactly what we will attempt to embody.
