Ayurveda Intensive

This training is open to everyone and would be especially good for yogis, body workers, those interested in nutrition and food as well as anyone interested in furthering a knowledge of Ayurveda. We will explore food sadhanas (practices), lifestyle protocols, understanding the seasons and your own unique constitutional type. We will practice some beautiful rituals and chanting together.

Course content:

Friday 6th October: 
9-10:30am Foundations of ayurveda / dosha analysis with Katie
10:30-11:00am Morning tea BREAK (included)
11:00am-1:00pm Daily cleaning rituals and routines (dinacharya) with Rachel
1:00-1:30pm Lunch BREAK
1:30-3:30pm Making seasonal masalas and oil blends with Rachel
7:00-8:30pm Kirtan / Chanting with Katie & Chantal

Saturday 7th October:
10:30am-1:00pm The six seasons / Australian seasons and Ayurveda
and Sadhana kitchen and food habits with Katie
1:00-2:00pm Lunch BREAK
2:00-4:30pm Vow of ahimsa and peace mandala


$300 earlybird (pay deposit before 8th Sepember)
$350 full fee

There is a limit of 15 people on this training and we expect it to sell out. A $150 deposit secures your place. Full payment must be made before the training commences, payment is transferable but NOT refundable once your booking has been accepted.

The modules can be used towards CPD points with Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance. As a yoga teacher you would find this training offers lots of opportunities for you to integrate the teachings of Ayurveda into your work. A certificate of attendance will be issued to each student upon completion.
