February 1st - March 8th, Thursday evenings, 7:17pm - 8:30pm

Are you new to yoga and curious about where to begin?

This program has been tailored to introduce you to the foundations of yoga Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing) and Yogi Philosophy in a safe and supportive environment. We will break down a basic flow class into a 6-week program, so that you feel confident rolling out your mat in any of our drop-in classes. Your course package also includes exclusive discounts in the studio during the program!


Chantal is a kind and patient teacher, very knowledgable and helpful to those starting out on their yoga journey.
