In this workshop Emily McGregor provides the guidance needed to establish an integral and enjoyable yoga practice.  

• Learn to develop precision in alignment to build both stability and mobility in the postures. 

• Learn to use props to facilitate and enhance the postures. 

• Learn to practice safe movement patterns.  

Learn to integrate body, breath and intellect in the moment.
