Join Angela Jessup for this two hour workshop, suitable for yogis of all levels and experience. Through a carefully curated practice of tantric hatha asana, pranayama and meditation, we will explore how your mind works under the lens of the Antah Karana, or the four functions of the mind.

You will be given the tools to begin to master your mind, disidentify with your thoughts, unlock your ability to reach higher states of consciousness and move closer to your truth.
