To 'carry the weight of the world on your shoulders' expression didn’t come from nowhere. Here we carry responsibility, from work, from others in our lives and ourselves, weighing us down both physically and metaphysically.

We will unveil the layers of armor shielding the shoulders using the Prana Wheel to create space in the front, back and side body, leaving you with a feeling of lightness and openness. The Prana Wheel is designed to follow the natural curve of the spine and uses direct pressure to achieve a myofacsial release. Balancing the openness with strength, using the Prana wheel to understand exactly how we activate the correct muscle groups in the shoulders.
