Join guest teacher Robbie Baldwin for this 90 minute Forrest inspired Yoga Class aimed specifically to release the psoas (hip flexor) and manage lower back pain.

You will learn how to safely strengthen your core, breathe effectively in deep postures and release your back after long flights or days of sitting. Includes 15 min guided meditation and neck releases.
