Sometimes it’s hard to catch a breath.
Take heart - this workshop will teach you some simple breathing techniques to use in both meditation and practice to help you navigate the holiday season with calmness and composure.

Learn how to cultivate and channel the breath through a range of yoga breathing techniques to slow down, tap into your centre and clear away stress and tension. Class will include 30 minutes of meditation (broken down into separate segments) and a 60 minute restorative yoga practice channeling the power of pranayama.
