Chantal will lead you through a Restorative Yoga practice focused on taking time to rest, slow down and nourish self during pregnancy, and a blissful Yoga Nidra - a state of complete bodily relaxation.
Holly is a degree qualified Naturopath, Herbalist, Homoeopath & Nutritionist specialising in women's health. Holly will be discussing what foods and nutrients you need to nourish yourself and your growing baby. Optimal food choices and important nutrients for pregnancy, quality of foods & foods to avoid, adequate hydration and nutritive herbs for pregnancy.
