Introduction to Women's Health through Ayurveda and Yoga.
A one day workshop with Katie Manitsas
Workshop includes a gentle yoga practice for restoring energy, and supporting women's health. Lecture explaining some foundations of Ayurveda and how they relate to women's health. We will touch on healthy menstruation, menopause and staying in balance.
Tea break in which we will serve seasonally blended chai, homemade bliss balls and fruit.
Nurturing pranayama (breathing techniques) for vitality and balance. We will end with a guided Yoga Nidra (relaxation) to send you home floating!
