As you prepare for your role as nurturer, learn how yoga can help relax and nourish your body and mind, allowing you to connect deeply with yourself and your baby. Chantal will be offering this two hour workshop as an opportunity for new mothers and mothers to be to connect with one another and learn how the yoga practice can support their motherhood journey from pre through to post natal.
During the workshop we will explore the use of pranayama (breathing) techniques, chanting and vibration, safe asanas (poses) to practice at home or in the studio, the importance of self-care and an extended yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to end our session.
