Intention Setting for 2019

Taking the time to set intentions is a powerful way to ignite all that your heart desires. The beginning of a New Year is the perfect opportunity to make a fresh start and get clear about what it is we want to manifest in our lives. 

Using a powerful combination of guided body awareness meditation, sankulpa (yogic resolve or promise to yourself), visualisation, relaxation and journaling we will spent time fine tuning our intentions and dreams for the year to come. Bring a notebook and a pen, and if you have a special item like a crystal or special piece of jewellery bring that too. Affirmation cards will be available in our sacred circle to inspire you and give guidance should you need it. 

This workshop has a personal focus and you will not be asked to share your reflections and intentions. By the end of our time together you’ll feel positive and powerful for the year ahead and ready to stay open to all that life has in store for you. 

About Katie: Katie Manitsas is an experienced yoga teacher who regularly leads women’s circles and sacred gatherings. She dedicates a whole chapter to intention setting and manifestation in her new book ‘Mindful Living’ which comes out in February 2019. She can’t wait to share these yogic teachings with you on this auspicious evening.
