The warming weather invites a change in our bodies, lifestyle and energy levels. Honour the passing of winter and revel in the arrival of spring through a morning of movement and meditation.

Join Deborah for a Yang / Yin Workshop beginning with a dynamic vinyasa yoga sequence to help transition the body through the winter element of water and into the spring element of wood. Settling into to longer holds and inviting deep introspection during the yin yoga postures as you explore the winter kidney and spring liver meridian lines.

This workshop is suitable to all and will provide a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with nature through movement.
