Getting a good nights sleep is vitally important to helping our bodies and minds regenerate and repair. Whilst you sip on a cup of organic herbal tea Holly will discuss how our modern lifestyle is affecting our sleep and the lifestyle changes you can make to help support your natural wake/sleep cycle so that you attain deeper sleep and are then able to better function throughout the day. She will also talk about some common natural supplements and herbal medicines that you can safely use at home.
After tea and Holly's talk we will light some candles and get cosy on our mats. Chantal will take you through some breathing techniques that will help you to calm your mind and nervous system and a simple yin yoga sequence that you can do at home to help you unwind and relax before bedtime.
