Prenatal Yoga

As you prepare for your role as nurturer, learn how yoga can help relax and nourish your body and mind, allowing you to connect deeply with yourself and your baby. Classes will incorporate, asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation / yoga nidra ( mindfulness and relaxation) and the use of mantras and simple chants (sound vibration).
