Exploring asana progression in a safe & supportive environment, lead by Katie Manitsas.
Whether you are a seasoned yoga practitioner or new to the practice of yoga this workshop will help you step up and out of your comfort zone safely and with confidence.
We will play around with some balances and upside down poses and look at how we can work towards going further and not getting stuck in a certain place within our yoga practice. There is no obligation to do any particular posture but we will look at methods for working towards some of the tricker ones!
Open to ALL LEVELS who are willing to come with open hearts and minds :)
